What forms of payment does globLove accept?

All payments for globLove orders will be processed through PayPal. Please refer to PayPal’s official website at www.paypal.com for further information regarding online payment methods, security and privacy policies.

Did my order go through?

Once an order is made you will receive two confirmations. The first is from PayPal confirming your payment and order. The second is from globlove.com which details your ordered items, total cost, taxes, and shipping address.

Can I cancel or change an order once it has been placed?

In an effort to get our shipments to customers as soon as possible, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once they have been placed. Please refer to our Shipping&Returns section to learn how to return/exchange an order once you have received it.

Please note that original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If parcels are returned or exchanged, original and return shipping charges will be retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance (if any) will be refunded to you.

How many days after order shipment do I have to return or exchange an order?

Returns must be received within 30 days of the shipment date along with the enclosed return form. If you are unable to locate your Return and Exchange Form, a printable Return and Exchange Form is available here (insert link to form)

What categories of products are not exchangeable or refundable?

We take great pride in the quality and excellent value of our merchandise. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, for hygienic purposes certain items are neither exchangeable nor refundable, these items are:

- Panties or any other item with a crotch
- Hosiery
- Jewelry
