Shipping & Returns

All international customers and required to pay any applicable duties, custom fees or taxes that their country required upon entry of the goods. You may want to contact your local customs office for more details, information as well as estimated fees before placing your order. Please take note that these charges are not charged by us and cannot be refunded by us. If parcels are refused, original and return shipping charges will be retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance (if any) will be refunded to you. All delivery dates are approximate and additional delays may be caused because of customs or any other governmental requirements. Such delays are not foreseeable and cannot be imputed to globLove.

Please take note that we cannot re-ship undeliverable packages. Should you wish to purchase items that were undeliverable, you are welcome to place a new order through our website. Various reasons may render a package undeliverable:

- POBOX: international carriers do not deliver any packages to PO boxes
- Incorrect Address: always verify the accuracy of your address
- Failed delivery attempts: after 3 attempts to deliver, most carriers will stop the delivery process
- Refusal by recipient: if you are sending a gift, make sure that the recipient is expecting a package

About Returns & Exchanges:

We take great pride in the quality and excellent value of our merchandise. It is important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, for hygienic purposes certain items are neither exchangeable nor refundable, these items are:

- Panties or any other item with a crotch
- Hosiery
- Jewelry

We also understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item. If for any reason you do not love your selections other than the ones mentioned above, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase. Any credits or charges will be issued to the credit card used for the purchase.

Important considerations for returns and exchanges:

We cannot accept returns of merchandise if we believe an item has been worn. So for the peace of mind and well-being of our customers, we reserve the right to refuse returns on items that may not meet hygiene and health regulations.

Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable. If parcels are returned or exchanged, original and return shipping charges will be retained from the charges originally billed to you. Any balance (if any) will be refunded to you.

Offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

Merchandise returned after 30 days shall not be refunded or exchanged.

Merchandise will be refunded or balance due credited in the same payment method as the original purchase.
